The location is prime, just a short walk from the Royal Palace and the riverside.
The room had significant issues with noise from the rooftop, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The good side? I snagged a decent room for just $10 a night. The WiFi was solid, and I appreciated the two bottles of water waiting for me, which I quickly put in the fridge—just a shame it was unplugged at the time.
I encountered a few hiccups. The stairs were steep, making my way to the second floor a bit of a trek, and some plug sockets were dodgy—certainly not ideal if you’re plugged into your devices. I even had to switch rooms since the first one didn’t have all the amenities I needed. All in all, not the worst stay, but it could definitely use some polish.

Braw place! The staff were pure brilliant, and the location near the river and restaurants is cracking. One wee drawback was the tight stairs, a bit of a trek with luggage. Still, for exploring Phnom Penh, it's braw!

The Superior Double Room was pretty spacious, and the balcony view from the 3rd floor was a nice perk! Aircon worked great, and having a fridge was cool for keeping drinks cold. WiFi was mostly reliable, too. Downsides? The check-in setup felt a bit strange with no proper reception. some little maintenance issues popped up, but they sorted it quickly.

It was just a good pick for a brief hiatus in Phnom Penh with good value considering price it charged. The location was incredible, near the Royal Palace and riverside with plenty of restaurants nearby. Bring some cash for breakfast as it's not included in the room rate.

missingWrote a review on 27 Aprspacious roomgood breakfastpoor receptionnoise disturbancesmaintenance issues
The accommodations featured a spacious Superior Double Room with a lovely balcony view overlooking the vibrant surroundings. The breakfast offerings were commendable, with a decent selection including oatmeal that I enjoyed. Unfortunately, there were several issues. the absence of a proper reception made check-in awkward, and the noise from nearby drunken guests at night disrupted sleep. maintenance concerns arose regarding the flooding incident that occurred due to a burst pipe, which caused distress and delayed response from the staff.

Can't recommend highly enough for a fleeting trip
Comfortable room, convenient amenities, with free Wi-Fi and a shuttle service to the airport making it easy to start exploring right away.
The overall cleanliness was disappointing, and the noisy surroundings made restful sleep a challenge.
